This book is written for parents, holistic health practitioners and aromatherapists. Valerie Ann Worwood offers an array of scientifically proven remedies, along with complete charts of essential oils and instructions for aromatherapy massage.

About the Author:

Valerie Ann Worwood is one of the world’s leading aromatherapists and author of various publications such as “The Complete Book of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy” and “The Fragrant Mind”. Awarded a Doctorate in 1990, she has served on the executive councils of the International Federation of Aromatherapists and the Aromatherapy Organizations Council, and has initiated research projects into the clinical use of essential oils.
