Gianna Buonocore
Gianna obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Otago, New Zealand. As a practicing pharmacist, she developed an interest in natural medicines.
In 1996, she completed a three-year course at the British College of Acupuncture and was awarded a Licentiate in Acupuncture with Honours. She has studied Traditional Chinese Medicine at a number of Chinese universities in China.
Today Gianna has a private acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic at the Matilda Hospital and the Integrated Medicine Institute (IMI) in Central, Hong Kong. She is lecturing students Chemistry and Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Asia Pacific Aromatherapy School in Hong Kong.
She has been teaching Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chemistry in APA since 2001.
